Based in Ringwood, Hampshire, we’re proud to be one of the longest-established campervan conversion companies in the UK (previously SSL Conversions now trading as SSL Campers), with a team of qualified professionals and decades of combined experience.

We only build full campervan conversions, transforming empty vans into high-spec, off-grid-ready homes on wheels — all with fast turnaround and competitive pricing.

We booked in our build for a bespoke conversion and have got exactly what we wanted. When you call SSL, you get to speak to a person straight away. Liam knows his stuff and instils absolute confidence. His team are amazing and extremely skilled. You will not be disappointed. If you are looking for a top quality conversion that will stand out from the rest then look no further! Thank you Liam! Now we just need lockdown to end so we can actually go somewhere in it.

Purchased my van from SSL conversions a couple of years ago and I didn’t just purchase a van, she became part of a family. The team have been fantastic in providing support and maintenance when necessary. Would happily recommend.

We are really thrilled with our new van. Liam and team couldn't have been more helpful and Liam always answered all our questions (sometimes really stupid ones!) very quickly and helpfully. The quality of the build is very high and everything was pretty much on time. Really couldn't recommend SSL highly enough. Thank you all for giving us our dream van!

We had a great experience with Liam and the SSL team from start to finish. The conversion was finished ahead of the agreed date and after two months we continue to be delighted with the result and have had no issues. Thanks to everyone particularly Craig with whom we worked closely.

A 5 star experience myself and my wife are over the moon with the camper that SSL provided for us. All good things are worth waiting for, there was a bit of a waiting list but once we got to the front the build process itself was surprisingly quick.

We absolutely love our Campervan from SSL Conversions, we asked for some bespoke aspects and the team were incredibly accommodating. The quality of the work conducted and attention to detail is fantastic. The layout of the van is perfect for our needs and so comfortable. We have had our van now for over 2 years and have got some much use out of it. Great service offered, would highly recommend

Liam (and the SSL team), were great from start to finish during our new van and build. Liam (and his team), held our hand throughout the build process, supporting our ideation about what we wanted to achieve and being on hand to answer questions. After care and support is also top notch. I would recommend SSL if you are looking to get into #vanlife! Big thank you
